How do I request a free sample pack?

Just telephone or email us, or fill in the request form, and we will send one to you. If you are interested in something specific we will do our best to provide a sample of it in the pack.

What does the sample pack contain?

An order form, full price lists, a variety of sample cards and current special offers.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. Our minimum order is 50 for full colour cards.

Will I see a sample card or artwork proof before the cards are printed?

Yes. A sample of your card will be sent to you along with the paper artwork proof for approval. This must be signed and returned to confirm that everything is correct so that your order can be printed.

How do I supply my own artwork?

We are more than happy to accept your full colour designs. We can take your artwork either on CD, DVD or by e-mail. Please see our artwork page for software compatibility.

Are your prices competitive?

Premier Plastic Cards have been supplying quality cards to its customers for over 15 years. We feel that we offer some of the most competitive prices available.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit is required upon placing your order and is non refundable in the event of you cancelling your order.

When is the balance of payment due?

Once you have approved your sample card and artwork proof, we require the balance of payment in order that we can proceed with completing your order.

How will I receive my order?

For mainland UK deliveries we use a guaranteed parcel delivery service which operates Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged, please telephone for details and costs.
